🎤 Speakers

How to prepare your presentation

General Information

• Please use Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) or Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf) to guarantee compatibility with on‑site equipment.
• We recommend saving your PowerPoint presentation in PPTX format.
• Please note that we cannot guarantee the quality of Apple‑based presentations. Check their Windows compatibility in advance (at least 2 hours before your session starts).
• Presentations should be in 16:9 format to match the on‑site screens.
• You can use the official PowerPoint Template.
• To upload your presentation online please log in the top right corner of the page using the email address used for registration. After logging in click on your name on the top right corner and head to personal page. On the right side you will find a button Upload presentation.
• In your personal page you can also edit your personal information, bio and photo.

Pictures/Videos

• JPG images are preferred. GIF, TIFF, or BMP are also accepted.
• Images embedded in PowerPoint that exceed 250 dpi are unnecessary and only increase file size. Avoid overloading slides with unnecessary images.
• If your presentation contains videos, please test them on the on‑site PC in the Speakers Ready Corner several hours before your session. Generally, the MP4 format should work without difficulties.
• Videos inserted into MS PowerPoint 2016 or newer are embedded within the presentation.

Speakers Ready Corner

All speakers are kindly asked to provide their presentation (electronic version) in the Speakers Ready Corner located in the Main Meeting Hall – Fullers, according to their lecturers. Please come to the Speakers Ready Corner at least 1,5 hours before the beginning of your session. If your speech is scheduled for a morning session, please come the day before your presentation.

All posters will be presented in a paper format (printed poster) at the Poster Area.
